These are some examples of work I have created in sizes I often have available. Using various colors and textures of glass and always looking for new and unusual glass makes each piece a unique work of art. 6″x6″, 8″x8″, 6″x9″, 12″x12″, 11×14″, 12×20″, 18″x30″ retail prices range from $80-$625. If you are interested in purchasing a piece please contact me with preferred colors, size and price range and I will send you images of my current selection.
My interest in creating mandalas began when I was commissioned to create one for a yoga studio in Burlington. The commission challenged me in many ways and I decided I wanted to continue creating mandalas. Each piece of glass is cut, painted with Reusche enamel and fired in a glass fusing kiln. Once the pieces are cooled I construct the mandala using the lead came technique.
These dishes are made from reclaimed storm windows that were destined for the landfill. Each window is cut up, layered and fused in a glass fusing kiln to temperatures between 1300-1450 degrees.
I am an avid cyclist and bike commuter and often come up with new ideas while riding my bike. The idea to use chain rings and bicycle chains in combination with stained glass is one of those ideas. Each piece is slightly different and prices range from $65-$750.
